We’ve made it simple to request funeral home contact information changes online — get started by logging into the myHomesteaders® dashboard for funeral professionals.

Where can I find more information about aftercare and grief support for families?

We know that a funeral professional’s connection to a client family extends beyond the funeral service. That’s why we teamed up with For Grief to create our Grief Care Library that is filled with useful materials and support options that are easy to implement in your business and provide to your families.

Does Homesteaders offer away from home protection?

Yes. Simple Return™, offered by Homesteaders and serviced by Sepio Guard, is an at-issue rider designed to cover expenses associated with transporting the insured to a local funeral home if death occurs 75 or more miles from home. Unlike many others available, this option is insurance backed. Plus, the client can pay for this coverage with the policy instead of making a separate payment.

What case management or CRM solutions does Homesteaders offer?

As preneed sales grow, funeral homes must manage both at-need and preneed relationships. Homesteaders has partnered with widely used case management providers, including Gather and Continental Computers, to offer integrated solutions to streamline your funeral home operations.
